Norman, OK-

"It was a fabulous game of stickball to honor the life of Jermey Wallace. I think he would have really  liked today," says Oklahoma Sooners Head Coach, Mario Enea. Many of the Sooners Lacrosse team had never seen stickball before and were instantly fans. Surprised at how far and accurate their stick skills are, the fact you can tackle the ball carrier to the ground, and there is not as much running in the stickball game, as the current version of lacrosse were all things the student athletes pointed out.

Thank you to Brandon White Eagle and his staff for organizing such a wonderful event. It is really important we honor the traditions of the game and our past, with the present and future warriors of our great game- given to us by our creator.
